ouThe alarm wld keep ringing, but I just couldn’t wake up
But then I changed 3 things in my life
after which I can wake up every morning with ease
So in this video, you’ll learn those 3 things
which will help you wake up early, whether it’s at 4 am or 5 am,
you’ll be able to wake up without fail
Before moving onto our 3 solutions,
let’s first understand what happens when you wake up early
Let’s say you run a shop where you sell Idli Dosa
Your best and most loyal customers come at 4 am in the morning
What will you do?
“No I can’t wake up in the morning. My sleep is too precious!”
You won’t say this right?
You’ll open and sit in the store at 4 am
Similarly in the morning,
your most powerful, greatest and most creative thoughts come to you
At that time, if you close this shop and keep sleeping,
all those thoughts will be wasted
Early morning, 1.5 hours before sunrise, is the time of Brahma muhurta
During this time, your focus, concentration, mental clarity,
and peace of mind is at its peak
Not just this, during this time, your Satvic guna is at its peak
By the time it’s afternoon, your Rajasik guna increases
and by sunset, your Tamasik guna increases
So don’t waste this Brahma muhurta time by sleeping
If you want to learn a new skill, absorb new knowledge
want to strengthen your body or do your spiritual practice
then there’s no better time to do it than during the early morning hours

Get in your bed by 9 PM
What? Set an alarm for 9 PM in the night?
Yes for 9 PM at night!
You don’t have to worry about waking up early
You just have to get ready to sleep early
If you want to get in the habit of waking up early
then get in bed by 9 PM
9 PM? But I never get sleep at 9 PM!
Of course. How will you even feel sleepy?
We’re stuck to these gadgets late in the night
All these high stimulation activities aggravate our brain and senses
overstimulates them
High stimulation activities include working on the latop
scrolling on Instagram and social media
watching TV shows, listening to loud music
working out late in the night
These screens emit a blue light
which prevent your brain from secreting a chemical called melatonin
Melatonin is a sleep promoting hormone
Naturally, as it gets dark, your brain starts producing melatonin
to help you sleep
With this, your brain gets a signal – “It’s night time! Go to sleep!”
But if you keep gazing at these screens late at night,
then you tell us – what’s going to happen?
Your brain won’t produce melatonin. Your brain won’t get the signal to sleep
You won’t sleep on time and hours will pass by after snoozing through the alarm
So what do you do? Set an alarm in your phone right now
Open the alarm app, set an alarm for 9 PM, and set it to repeat everyday
If you want to name the alarm, you can name it – “Get into bed and wind down”
If you’re watching this video,pause it & set the alarm for 9 PM each night right now
Now when the alarm rings every night at 9 PM,
whatever work you’re doing, stop it and get into bed
Don’t do any high stimulation activity in bed
Replace it with low stimulation activity
like reading books, journal writing, or listening to soothing music
So remember – the preparation to wake up early should begin the previous night
Come let’s move onto the 2nd way to wake up early
2nd way – create a strong morning routine
I want to ask you a question
When you have something big to do the next day
like catching a flight, giving an exam,
you wake up easily in the morning, right?
Why? Because when you sleep with a plan in your head
it gets registered in your subconscious mind
and your eyes open up automatically in the morning
If you don’t have a clear purpose to wake up early,
then no matter what you do, you won’t wake up early
So the 2nd way to wake up early is to create an inspiring morning routine
Make that routine so inspiring that it becomes your reason to wake up early
A holistic morning has three M’s
The first M – meditate
spend the first half an hour of your morning meditating
or doing any other spiritual activity
During meditation, you can reflect on your life
Everyone has a different way to meditate
Someone meditates through journaling, some by chanting
some meditate through spiritual study, some by doing Japa
During this time, whatever your spiritual practice is,
whatever comes naturally to you, do that
During Brahma Muhurta, your mind is totally silent
and you can easily meditate
The 2nd M of your morning routine is movement
Whether it’s yoga asana practice, walking, running, jogging, dancing,
swimming, or any other sport
and the 3rd M is mastery
the time when you sharpen your memory
During this time, you can read books
Whether these books are on health, self-development, or spiritual,
you can even learn a new skill
Morning 5 AM is a 0 distraction hour
There are no notifications running on your phone,
5-6 people in your home aren’t drawing your attention
and that’s why writers, poets, thinkers, any successful people,
they never waste these golden hours by sleeping through them
They know that early morning the mind is a powerhouse of creativity
So meditation, movement, mastery – these 3 M’s helped a lot in my personal life
and we learned this concept in a book called 5 AM Club
If you really want to benefit from this video,
then get a notebook and pen right now
and write what you plan to do for meditation, movement, and mastery
Not just this, give each activity a designated time and location
When will you exactly do it? And which part of your house will you do it in?
Write that down too
Where you sleep, don’t do meditation, movement and mastery there
because your bed carries the energy of sleeping
If you sit in bed to do your meditation and mastery,
there are high chances you’ll end up sleeping half an hour later
Give every activity a designated place
So in summary, you’ll only wake up early if you have a solid purpose
and an inspiring morning routine
can be the reason for you to wake up early
Even after this, if you find yourself snoozing after the alarm,
then ensure you keep your alarm away from the bed
so that you have to get up and walk to close it
The 3rd way to wake up early
Make your dinner light and healthy
If your dinner looks like this, this, or like this,
then say goodbye to waking up early
Why? Because eating a heavy grain meal like this,
will take 5-6 hours just to digest in your stomach
When your body has something so heavy to digest,
it can’t give you deep sleep
Remember –
So if your body is getting light sleep for 5-6 hours every night,
then it will take longer to get its sleep
and you won’t be able to wake up early in the morning
Basically, you need more sleep by eating meals like these
So what should you? Make your dinner light so that you get deep sleep
For dinner, you can take soup and steamed vegetables
or a big bowl of fresh salad
If you don’t feel fulfilled with this,
then take any grain with veggies
But less grains and double the veggies
If you’re taking 1 bowl of grain, then 2 bowls of veggies
If 2 bowls of grain, then 4 bowls of veggies
Basically, reduce the quantity of grains for dinner
The more grains we eat, the more we need to sleep
And yes, keep the quantity of your dinner low
Don’t stuff your stomach
In fact, before getting up from the table, leave some space in your stomach
If you overeat, you’ll never be able to wake up early
And yes, keep at least a 2 hour gap between your dinner and sleep
So if you want to sleep at 9 PM
then try to eat dinner by 7 PM
If you have a late dinner, you’ll wake up late in the morning
